Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you can track its status directly from your customer account, in the “My Orders” section.
In this section, you can check whether your order has been confirmed, prepared for dispatch, handed over to the courier, or delivered.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Changing or cancelling an order is available, when possible, from your customer account, in the “My Orders” section.
If cancellation is no longer available from your account, or if you wish to modify your order, replace a product, or cancel one or more products from your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Delivery Methods
Courier Delivery
Orders are delivered by courier to the address provided when placing the order.
Free delivery: delivery is free for eligible orders without any discount applied.
For orders containing discounted products sold and delivered by DFC Iași SRL, free delivery does not apply.
For discounted orders, the delivery fee is 21 lei.
Delivery Time
For orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:00, dispatch is usually made on the next working day, depending on product availability and order confirmation.
For orders placed from Friday after 15:00 until Monday at 15:00, processing starts on Monday, and delivery may take place from Tuesday onwards.
Delivery times mainly apply to cash-on-delivery orders. For orders paid by online card, bank transfer, payment order, or other payment methods, the delivery time may vary depending on payment confirmation.
Receiving or Collecting Paid Orders
For orders paid in advance, identification documents may be required when receiving or collecting the parcel.
- Individuals: identity card.
- Legal entities: identity card and company authorization document.
