Secure Payment
At DFC.ro, we offer secure and convenient payment options for customers from Romania and the European Union. All available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process, depending on the delivery country, order value, selected currency and available payment services.
Online card payments are processed through Zen.com, in a secure payment environment. Card details are entered directly on the secure payment page of the payment processor and are not stored by DFC IASI SRL.
Available Payment Methods
Depending on your country and the options available at checkout, you may pay for your order using:
- online card payment;
- bank transfer;
- cash on delivery, where this option is available;
- other payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payments may be available in EUR and/or RON, depending on the website settings, customer location, selected payment method and currency options available at the time of placing the order.
Online Card Payment
For online card payments, after placing your order, you may be redirected to the secure payment page of Zen.com, where you will be asked to enter the card details required to authorize the transaction.
The payment information required may include:
- card number;
- card expiry date;
- CVV/CVC security code;
- transaction confirmation through your bank’s security system, where applicable.
Depending on your card issuer, the transaction may require additional authentication through 3D Secure, banking app approval, SMS code or another verification method provided by your bank.
Payment Security
The website www.dfc.ro uses secure connections to protect the information transmitted through the website. During online payment, card data is processed by the payment provider and the financial institutions involved, according to the applicable security standards.
DFC IASI SRL does not request, process or store complete bank card details such as the full card number, CVV/CVC code, PIN code or authentication codes sent by your bank.
Order Processing After Payment
After the payment is authorized, your order is sent to the DFC.ro team for verification, confirmation and preparation for delivery.
Please make sure that your billing details, delivery address, phone number and email address are correct. These details are necessary for order confirmation, invoice issuing, delivery and further communication regarding your order status.
If the payment is not authorized by your bank or by the payment processor, the order may remain incomplete or you may be asked to choose another payment method.
Payments for European Union Customers
Customers from the European Union may be able to pay in EUR, depending on the payment options available on the website at the time of purchase.
If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency exchange rate and/or additional conversion fees. These costs are not controlled by DFC IASI SRL.
The final amount charged to your account may vary depending on the exchange rate, the currency of your card, your issuing bank and the conditions of your payment provider.
Bank Transfer
If bank transfer is available and selected as the payment method, the order will be processed after the payment is confirmed in our account. The bank transfer details will be provided during or after checkout, depending on the order flow available on the website.
For international bank transfers, please make sure that the correct payment reference is included, so that we can identify your order quickly.
Useful Recommendations for Secure Online Payments
- Before making an online payment, check that the payment page address starts with https:// and that your browser displays the secure connection symbol.
- Never send your full card number, CVV/CVC code, card PIN or bank authentication codes by email, phone, chat or messaging applications.
- Do not reply to messages claiming to be from DFC.ro if they request sensitive card or banking information.
- Avoid making payments from public computers or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
- Keep your order confirmation and payment confirmation emails for future reference.
- Log out of your customer account after completing your session, especially when using a shared device.
Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, you may receive confirmation from the payment processor and/or from DFC.ro. The order will be processed according to product availability, payment confirmation and delivery conditions.
If you do not receive an order confirmation or if you believe that a payment was made but the order was not registered, please contact us as soon as possible.
